Positive: We booked this property last minute after our Airbnb cancelled on us. We were so happy we did! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The carried our baggage to the room. The air conditioning worked great in the heat wave!!! The hotel is located on a quiet beautiful alley way. The metro is a close 5-8 minutes walk, and it was easy for us to get anywhere we wanted in Paris. The rooms were clean and well kept. We ate breakfast at the nearby bakeries most mornings, but we had the hotel breakfast on the last day, and it was wonderful! I loved their hot chocolate! They messaged us after we had left letting us know we left something behind and they would hold it for us. Very good customer service! We would absolutely stay here again!
