Enjoy lake living at its best in your own private home right on the water! Enjoy breathtaking views from the large windows and backyard overlooking Madison Lake in quiet “Town Bay.” It is the perfect fishing/recreational lake in the summer and perfect for snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter. Also a perfect location to watch or participate in the Texas Drift Academy who does clinics here yearly. If participating you could walk on the lake to the clinic.
The space
Your waterfront oasis offers king size beds in each bedroom! You will have plenty of room relax in two living rooms with breathtaking views, the three season porch, or deck which overlooks the water. The space includes three 55 inch Roku Smart TV's, full kitchen, kitchenette on lower level, high speed internet, reading materials, and board games. Outdoor space includes a beautiful patio overlooking the lake with 4 Adirondack chairs, Solo Stove, 2 kayaks, beach chairs and 2 adult bikes, 2 kid bikes and a tagalong bike to use at no extra charge. Guests will have the option of bringing their own boat which could be tied to the dock during your stay. Shore power is provided. Please note our backyard has stairs down to our sandy beach with no railing. You are welcome to use our air mattresses in common areas to fit more guests if needed and our office also includes a couch.

Other things to note
Madison Lake itself has much to offer - 1447 acres of beautiful water, sandy lake bottom and great bays for water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, jet skiing and all other water sports. There is a maximum depth of 60’. Lake enthusiasts can enjoy a restaurant that you can reach by boat, with a gas pump for fueling up on the lake and bands every weekend during the summer months! Located in walking distance to three restaurants, a bait and tackle shop, liquor store, and two convenience stores. Located less than a block to North shore park, and just blocks from the Sakatah Singing Hills State Trail which offers over 39 miles of paved trail if you prefer to bike, hike, snowshoe, or snowmobile!

We take great pride in our home and keep it clean and tidy. As a guest we don’t expect you to do chores, but to only maintain its cleanliness. We ask you to only clean up after yourself and if you accidentally stain the carpet or couch to notify us immediately so we can spot clean it. We ask you to not leave open food laying around in order to not attract insects.

Additionally, the city of Madison Lake has a noise ordinance from the hours of 10pm thru 7am. The city also requires the host to identify property boundaries. Our space is the sidewalk to the west of our home leading to the backyard. Also the gravel strip on the east side of our home leading to the backyard. Once in the backyard our property consists of the landscaped area with the elevated fire pit area (Solo Stove), and the sandy beach area which is in front of the large boulders only.
