Positive: Warwick Road Studios are located in the new town of Beaconsfield, with affordable parking right next door. The apartment is well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. It's a 1 minute walk from Waitrose supermarket and lots of coffee bars and shops. The Bekonscot Model Village & Railway (more than 100 years old) is right next door and well worth a visit. And there are plenty of walking trails that start in and around the village. We did a lovely 10k walk through the woods and across the fields. Highly recommended! While in Beaconsfield don't forget to visit The Royal Standard of England, which is England's oldest pub. It's a 6 minute drive or 30 minute walk from the apartment.
Negative: Not a dislike, but a practical tip: the council car park next door doesn't allow you to pre-pay for the next day. You can use the RingGo app to avoid having to physically go down to the parking meter in the morning. If you are visiting from abroad be aware that the app refused to accept any of my non-UK credit cards or Apple Pay. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind.
Summary: Excellent place to stay in Beaconsfield. Will visit again!
