Positive: The staff exceeds every expectation. They go above and beyond to help guest with every request. The location, spa and ski room are excellent!

Negative: The room was a bit tight but they do give you ample areas to put away ski items. The only thing we did not like was how dark the hallways are. It's a bit disorienting because everything is black and there is so little light.

Summary: An excellent ski Hotel with superb staff!
