Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Well designed place, beautiful rooms and common areas. Some of the stuff were nice and helpful.

Negative: We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. For three mornings in a row, starting at 7:00 AM, there were loud construction works taking place right next to our room. The noise made it impossible to sleep, and no one informed us about this in advance. When we raised the issue at the front desk, the receptionist was completely unhelpful, did not apologize, and offered no solutions. On top of that, we were observing a 25-hour religious fast and were again woken up by the construction noise during the fast, unable to get proper rest. This lack of communication and customer care significantly affected our stay.
