Positive: Great location, 2 minutes from sea side, 5 min from busy part of town . Even for late October great place to be. Villa is charming and very nicely decorated. We have got 2 rooms, one large with great view 2nd small. Both very pleasant. Very good breakfast servered with good choice. Plus some sweets and coffee/tea availible during afternoon. Personal was just great!

Negative: Everything worked for us perfectly. I would be only concerned with probably a lot of people in summer peak season. Out of season just fantastic place to go.
