Positive: Fabulous location and good communication from host. The house was beautiful with lots of windows and fantastic views.
Negative: One of the bedrooms did not match description) photo on website. Our 5 year old was bitterly disappointed as she has always wanted to sleep in a bunk bed! The kitchen was not clean, dirty dishes in the cupboard and a dishwasher needing a service as it did not clean properly. Dirt swept in a corner of the kitchen floor. No bin bags, soap or spare loo paper as advertised on booking.com. We realised why when we looked in the information book on the property which said there was no cleaner between guests, just a laundry service and we had to replace stuff ourselves and leave the place pristine for the next guests. Also check out time 10.00 not 10.00 - 11.30 a.m as confirmed on our booking.com booking info. We loved this place but these conditions were unexpected and unacceptable to us. Booking.com refused us a price match when we found this house cheaper on a different site so we will not be booking with them again.
