Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location is very nice, two supermarkets near by both Mercadona and Dialprix. A Calm and easy going neighbourhood. Easy to get there and drive around. The beach is kind of far away, at least to far to walk there in my opinion. We stayed there for the first two weeks in October. The house is very spacious. There are 2 full bathrooms (one on ground floor and one on second floor) and 5 bedrooms (one bedroom with a toilet, so 3 toilets in total at the house). The outdoor area is amazing and super spacious. We were a group of eleven people (5 adults and 6 kids) and barely left the pool area. We used the BBQ outside few times which is very nice. I really recommend staying there. We arrived very late or 2 am in the morning but there was no issue getting the keys at that time. The owner of the house met us the day before leaving and was nothing but kind and willing to help. He was quick to reply if I sent him message on WhatsApp and always checking in on us and recommending things to do around the area which was good. There are restaurants and shops about 250 m away from the house and I REALLY do recommend trying the Indian restaurant called Namaste. We had dinner there three times and it was probably on of the best food we had while staying in Torrevieja. We will definitely be returning to this house if we find ourselves going gain to Torrevieja.

Negative: There is really not much to dislike there. The facility is great. The things I could maybe point out is that there is not a single knife there that cuts. We bought one so we could at least cut the fruits and vegetables and left it for others to use. The pillows in the bed are very hard and not all the beds are great. But not really much of a problem.

Summary: Very nice house with great outdoor area.
