Positive: First off, the location and the view from the lakeside room were really amazing. The location also was easy to get to from the airport, which was only 15 minutes away. The owner/manager was very polite and accommodating, and we thought the price for the two rooms we had was really a bargain. The location was close to the shops in the city center and everything worth seeing in Ohrid was well within a 15 minute walk. The garden, where we had breakfast, was well-kept and was quiet and relaxing. Overall, the location was a great place for a family stay.
Negative: The parking area outside the hotel was pretty narrow and on the street, and I was a bit worried about dinging the rental car while parking. That said, the owner made sure that space always was available for us to park. The only other thing I can think of is that because we arrived off season, we had to pay the fee for the rooms in cash, which was a bit of a hassle to collect that much money from an ATM.
