Positive: The location 70m altitude above provided a splendious view over the lake nearly 180°. Great was the balcony to enjoy the view. Also kitchen was very well equipped with 3 types of coffee machines to choose. Also very nice to have the washing machine, we used during our stay. Closely there was a well sorted supermarket in the towns center, which was fully sufficient for cooking plans. The hosts are very friendly and provided all required information for us. We had very good coffee in Luino, the price was good and waitress very friendly.

Negative: Stairs to carry our bags from the supermarket to the appartment, yet we knew ahead and well chose the benefit view over the lake than directly living at the lake with higher price and more tourisitc. Market at Luino is worth seeing, prices for food are higher than in the supermarket.

Summary: Very nice location with great view. Good for rest, paddling, running and hiking.
