This apartment is located in a beautiful park, right beside wonderful Lake Idro. The complex consists of 22 comfortable and modern apartments, surrounded by a park. Guests have access to a beautiful (heated) pool with Jacuzzi and separate children's area. Garden furniture is also available. Facilities include two grills for common use, a playground for children, a laundry and a wellness center equipped with a sauna, Turkish bath and gym. The complex also has a bar, a large community room and a reception area where you can get information regarding the most beautiful sights and attractions in the region. There is a parking lot as well.
The Residence is part of the program Destination Charging the Tesla and will provide its guests in 2017 a pioneering service: charging station for electric cars (two wall TESLA connectors of 11 kW each, customer service).

This beautiful 2-floor apartment has a total area of about 47 m². On the ground floor you will find a 2-person sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and refrigerator with freezer. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. All apartments are comfortable and modern and have central heating, a safe deposit box and a TV with satellite connection. From the terrace, complete with tables and chairs, you have a wonderful view of the mountains.

News: For the 2024 season, all bed mattresses will be replaced with new Dorelan mattresses.

The holiday complex is located directly on the beach of Lake Idro. From the complex you can enjoy a view of the lake and surrounding mountains (Dolomites, Valvestino and the Alps). There are many sports opportunities in the area including windsurfing, sailing, kite surfing, mountain biking and trekking. On a sightseeing flight you can enjoy the surroundings from the air or why not explore the natural parks of Adamello, Alto Garda and Giudicarie by bicycle (rental available just 300 meters from the accommodation). There are plenty of opportunities for hiking in this beautiful mountainous area. Of course you can also go on excursions to such places as Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Venice and Milan. For suggestions and booking of tourist programs you can contact the reception area of the complex.

The rate includes access to the fitness center, usage of the swimming pool (from 18.05.2024 to 21.09.2024), the children's playground, and the barbecue facilities. WiFi Internet is available at the reception area. The on-site bar, exclusive to residents, operates in July and August. The pool is heated solely by solar panels, and its temperature is contingent upon weather conditions.

Additional obligatory expenses (to be settled on-site):

Gas, water, and electricity: 25 euros per person per week.
Heating: 30 euros per apartment per day.
Final cleaning: 75 euros.
Tourist tax: 1.00 euro per person per day.
Deposit: 100 euros.
Bed linen and towels: 21 euros per person per change.
Optional services available upon request:

Baby kit (highchair and crib): 40 euros per week.
Pets are not permitted.
Check-in is scheduled between 15:00 and 20:00, and check-out is between 8:00 and 10:00. Arrival must occur by 22:00 at the latest.
