Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: the spaciousness, the very large and comfortable bed, the shower arrangements, the view, the provision of the snack foods and drinks. The warm rug in the sitting room

Negative: The cooker hood was in a very bad position, the corners in particular and I hit my head twice on the right hand one and drew blood. It was very difficult to avoid. The stairs was a nightmare for a person with mobility difficulties. My wife took 15 minutes to get up initially. A drainer rack by the sink in the kitchen would have been helpful, as would some guidance in where rubbish and compost should go. recycling looked to be not visible. If we had known about the stairs when we were looking for a place, we would never have booked Pentlands.

Summary: great position as we were going to a funeral the next day. A pleasant stay despite the stairs
