Positive: Location, transport connections and easy access to the property (main door with code and room with card)
Negative: I would definitely appreciate some complimentary coffee to start the day. They have a machine, but for a short stay you are not going to buy filters and a bag of coffee that you cannot finish. Also, regarding the room. As they have many properties, they list all the pictures together. This fact mislead me to think that I had a balcony. Once the property was booked, I did get an upgrade suggestion to a balcony duplex. So when I get into the property, I already knew that there was no balcony. However, I did not know the final look of the room until I saw it physically.
Summary: Great location, very convenient 1 bedroom apartment.
