Positive: The location is great. Accessible to all the prominent localities staying in a serene, homely environment. Rooms are spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Negative: While the stay was comfortable overall, there are a few basic areas where the hotel can improve to better match the expectations set by its pricing: 1. Essential in-room amenities such as tea/coffee sachets, sugar pouches, and a cup with saucer should be provided as part of a standard modern hotel experience. 2. Complimentary drinking water should be made available, as it is a fundamental necessity for all guests. 3. Considering the room tariff is close to ₹5,000 per night, guests naturally expect these basic facilities to be included. 4. The furniture and linens could be upgraded—fresh, clean, and newer linens significantly enhance the overall comfort and impression of the stay. 5. The food menu could be more versatile.
