Positive: Great room decor, friendly helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and great ordering system.
Negative: Toilet not quite clean, empty biscuit packet in mug on tray. Toiletries lovely touch but my personal preference would be for local products rather than scottish however none of this affected my stay.
