Positive: Lovely apartment overlooking Noss Creek in a beautiful village with plenty of character. The panoramic window offers a great view - endlessly fascinating seeing how the estuary tides come and go and watching activity on the water. Nice open plan living/dining/kitchen. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable double bed. Washing machine and dishwasher. TV and DVD player. Nice garden catches the evening sun. Great pub, the Swan Inn, close by. Parking outside front door

Negative: Could do with having the cobwebs dusted away. Ground floor second bedroom could do with an airing. Few more forks needed in kitchen. Couldn't make the stereo work.
