Positive: Location location location !!! Exactly as advertised. Easy to get to — flew in from overseas, prebooked Benniconnect transfer from Alicante airport with drop off at Hong Kong Restaurant in Xabia, walked 2 short blocks to waterfront Cocktail Bar Esquinoa turned left on boardwalk to building #20

Negative: Leaving!
