Positive: The location & town are wonderful. The house itself is terrific.
Negative: 3pm check-in is really annoying but even after we'd requested 2pm, our request was refused. There was absolutely nobody at the property after 2pm so if the staff could have been bothered trying, we could have checked in at 2pm. Really poor service and an unnecessarily rigid policy. First property we have encountered that didn't provide complimentary tea & coffee. The blinds are covered in mould & dirt. Both toilet seats are very loose.
