Summary: Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly lady that booked me in and took me to my room. Thought I would pop the TV on but the remote had no batteries. I then noticed that the bed was not made up , no sheet, quilt or pillow cases. Spoke to the lady at the bar and she said she would sort it out straight away. One of her colleagues that was visiting for a drink offered to help and tried her hardest to rectify the issue, but then fount that there was no king sized bedding on site. The bed had to be made up with double bedding which was not really acceptable. The room also had no heating so the towels had no way of drying.
