Positive: I had an absolutely exceptional stay! The host went above and beyond to make us feel completely comfortable. She designed the place as if it were her own stay, and she took every detail into consideration. The apartment had everything we could imagine including utensils, pots, pans, dishwasher, trash bags, shampoo, soap, conditioner, paper towels, washing machine, and EXTRAS like seasoning, toothbrushes, egg whisks, razors, AND EVEN syrup, hot sauce, and a bag of ice. Wow! That was truly thoughtful and beyond expectations. I’ve never experienced such care with any overnight stay. This was quality and outstanding customer service! I will be returning!
