Positive: Location is one of the very best at Sea Ranch. Great walking. Convenient to Gualala. The home is well-stocked, with plenty of room to spread out.

Negative: The home is comfortable but has not been updated in a while. Roku TV streaming is somewhat awkward if you're not familiar with it.

Summary: We had a great 10 days there and would absolutely return.
