Positive: Apartments are close to the beach. Rooms were clean and modern look.
Negative: Apartments were located in the buildings that need reconstruction. Inside, you have a feeling like you are in a dormitory. Outside, on the street, you can find a lot of waste. Room door is not a protection. With some force, you can enter inside. No real bed - just sofa bed. There is no internet in the room, just in the specific place in the building complex.
