Simple summer cottage. This updated 1910 cottage will reminds you of endless summers at the beach. Located 100' from Long Island Sound. This home has beautiful water and salt marsh views and a surprisingly private rear yard. An open front porch and a screened rear porch catch summer breezes and make them the place to be on long summer evenings. The open first floor has sliders overlooking the rear yard and inlet. On a shoreline peninsula that offers great roads for running, biking and walking with limited traffic and quiet streets. The house is a very simple, old fashioned summer cottage, with basic updates and lots of charm. It is a peaceful place from which to enjoy a beautiful neighborhood.

Summary: This is exactly what the doctor ordered, amazing waterfront cottage with all the amenities for a relaxing get away. Cottage was very clean with an amazing front porch and nice sized back yard that has direct water views…. The owner was a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect.
