Positive: The apartment is located very close to Calea Victoriei, excellent central location opposite the street from Radisson hotel. The place is spacious, has recently been modernized and furnished. Good air conditioning. Many electrical sockets to comfortably charge your phone and other devices. Quiet street and neighborhood.

Negative: The offer promises an oven, but the kitchen only had a microwave and coffee/tea makers. There was no oven, stove or cooker, and no pots or pans, so despite it being an apartment with a kitchen, you are forced to eat at restaurants. Also, contrary to the description, the TV did not offer Netflix or other popular streaming apps, nor did it allow screen mirroring from the phone, it only had some outdated useless Medion apps. You log in to WiFi with a QR code, which is problematic if you want to connect a laptop. A few decorative cushions had stains on them. Regardless, the location and price make it a great deal, but a few improvements would go a long way.

Summary: Great value for money, great location, but some missing comfort features.
