Summary: Wonderful studio apartment. Very quiet building. Perfect for a single person or for a couple. Walking distance to town is not that far and all flat surface to get to town and back, no hills. Couple of great grocery stores near by that offer different choices to takeout if you didn’t want to cook. Lovely pool. Most time I had it to myself. Some of the deck boards need replacing/repair but that should not sway your decision to stay.
