Summary: Not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Not even one blanket in the room and reception told me they ran out. One elevator broken which made going up and down a real pain. Manager attempted to come into the room while I was in bed due to the person checking me in not taking my credit card information. WHY NOT USE THE PHONE TO ASK ME TO COME DOWN TO RECEPTION?? Highly unprofessional behavior. The location is great. The WiFi worked. Do not include breakfast as there are excellent options very close. Overall, it felt very mismanaged, as if the staff don’t communicate with one another. Having hotel staff enter my room is a first class NO-NO! I suspect he would have come in if I wasn’t there. It’s budget friendly, but I’ll never stay here again. Too many options in the same area.
