Summary: We spent two nights here - it was simply perfect! Rooms are clean and comfy, big shower, pillows are a dream - soft and fluffy. No hustle with big luggage because of the elevator. The location is perfect, in the old town, at Ho Hoan Kiem. Maybe you can find another hotel like this - but staff are the most friendly, lovely and helpful people we ever met in a hotel, and we have seen many. Happy greetings and thank you very much to Hannah and Flora - we will miss you❤️ 100% recommended
