In the winter, this is a great home base for Sunday River Ski Resort. In the summer, the lake across the street from the home provides for a scenic vacation. This house has one bedroom upstairs (queen bed), with bunk beds in the loft, as well as an additional twin. The house has a full bath on the first floor.
