Positive: Breakfast was very good. But it seems your hotel staff does not coordinate properly for the complimentary breakfast. During my stay, it was frustrating that the restaurant did have any idea that there were some guests to take breakfast. Kindly align your hotel manager to be very watchful for any concern like this.
Negative: No proper communication with the hotel manager and the restaurant.
