Summary: Stay was a series of hits and misses. Hits included the fancy coffee machine and water bottle filling machine in the breakfast area. Snacks and bottles of complimentary water in the lobby. Pleasant staff. Location of hotel to the beach. Misses included tiny “suites” room (#323) loosely called a suite. Carpeting in hotel should have been replaced 20 years ago. Tiny balcony with tiny plastic chairs. Lack of parking. Lack of restaurants within walking distance. Overall our stay was ok, but not sure we would return to Fernandina Island.
