Positive: This property is very new on the market and it really shows. Everything is brand new: the room was extremely spacious, modern and spotless — even the headboard was still wrapped in plastic. Flat-screen TV, excellent air conditioning, mountain view, and a bathroom comparable to a good 3–4 star hotel in Italy. There is laundry service on site and both the host and his wife are incredibly kind, patient and always smiling. The host helped me with many small (and not so small) issues and was always reachable on WhatsApp. They also helped me rent a scooter directly. The location is perfect if you have a scooter: exactly halfway between Ao Nang / the beaches and Krabi Town, so you’re free to go anywhere easily. A 7-Eleven is right next door, which is extremely convenient. I honestly wish all the best to this place — they really deserve it. Since it’s newly opened, I strongly recommend giving this property a chance: it’s excellent value and run by genuinely good people.
