Positive: This is one of my favourite hotels. I have been there twice and I am planning to go back in the autumn. The hotel 's location is wonderful, it is in the downtown, opposite the Opera House. It is such a nicely furnished and decorated hotel with so many beautiful items of furniture. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, too. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, they are available at any time. The atmosphere is very friendly, their guests are very important for them, they do everything so that their hotel guests should feel great. I also loved the breakfasts so I can say this hotel meets all of my expectations.

Negative: I loved everything: staff, location, room, meals, kindness, helpfulness.
