Summary: Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Checking out was easy. The air conditioner worked well. The staff were not that welcoming and friendly. The bed was hard. There was no closet. The staff came in and took out the trash, but did not make the beds. We thought we had clean towels because they were folded, but in fact they were just our towels we had used folded (footprint on the towel from prior). The shower didn’t drain while taking a shower so you were standing in your own dirty water. When we looked at the drain, it was disgusting with hair and gunk built up in it.
