Positive: Great location and very nice staff. It was easy to check in, and even we got a room with a sea view. AC is working perfect and all what you would need you can find in short distance of walking

Negative: As property is in protected area, you will not be able to access till your hotel with a car. If you have a lot of luggage it can be chalanging to carre it in one time.
