This home is three years old. It is a two bedroom, two bath 12 48 sq ft. With a beautiful kitchen and living area that access a wrap around deck maximizing the river view with a glass railing.
It is a perfect location for mature /retired couples .
This location and new home is designed for quiet and tranquil living. It is off the busy tourist tract yet 10 minutes to amenities in Kensington and 20 minutes to the town of Summerside.

The home is 1248 sq ft., and suitable for one or two mature couples. It is not suitable for children or pets.
The small town of Kensington is 10 minutes drive and offers two very nice restaurants, grocery shopping, a pharmacy, community pool and gym, post office , Confederation trail biking /walking trails, some interesting shops. The town of Summerside is 12 minutes from Kensington.
There are many beaches and golf courses within 10 to 15 minutes drive . New London Bay and the Cavandish sand Dunes are accessible by boat or a 14 mile drive.

Malpeque Bay with Cabot provincial Park, beaches, fish market, wonderful restaurants is approximately 14 miles from the cottage.

Charlottetown is 40 minute drive .
