Summary: The hotel was clean and the staff very nice. However, it is poorly maintained, with many things broken in the room, including no working lock on the inside of the door. It was not fixed despite our reporting it. At night we put the coffee table in front of the door. The worst thing was the outside door jamming closed so tightly that we could not open it from the inside and had to knock and call for help from someone to open it from the other side. This happened on several mornings when we had to leave early for day trips. This is a severe safety risk as it would not be possible to escape in the event of a fire. The spa seems to consist of a dirty looking small pool on the roof, which we did not use. The inner courtyard is very pleasant. Overall it is over-priced for what it is and the jammed front door is simply unacceptable.
