Positive: This cottage should be on a postcard. The beauty and tranquility of this place is an experience that wil be with you forever. The cottage is well maintained. It has one bedroom and a separate living room and another room that is at the front by the water. Both the living room and the front room can be used as another room. The kitchen is large and the appliances are all new. I had the best experience. I never thought that I would be able to afford a place like this to escape the bustling NYC madness.

Negative: I should have done this in summer. The water is very clear and I would have like to jump off the pier in the water.
