Summary: Nice hotel and good staff. Some small issues affected the stay: jacuzzi wasn't working, bathroom had a bad smell, no hair dryer to be found, bathroom shower gel was empty, and three calls to reception to resolve went unanswered. Room was on the railway side and loud noises of train horns in the early morning.
