Positive: EVERYTHING!!! The staff is exceptional, service at its best. They were willing to accommodate and address any need immediately. I got a free room upgrade because they had availability, so I could see the Taj Mahal from my room, a bonus. Room was big, clean, had all the amenities needed and expected. Breakfast was varied, lots of options for Western and Indian cuisine. Location is fairly close to Taj Mahal, it took me about 10minutes early morning to get there by car. This is the hotel to book in Agra!
