Positive: Property was nice decent facilities

Negative: My only complaint about the property was that I’d stayed at the property for seven nights and when I checked in, I paid for the full state and the front desk person told me that if I had any other chargers to the room or at the bar, I can just pay this on checkout which I had a couple of beers at the Ball one night and the staff said unfortunately we can charge us and then I had one of the front desk girls come over complaining that I never left at deposit. The hotel really needs to look after guests that are staying there longer than one night and I did manage to get this sorted out but only if I asked to speak to the GM then everybody was jumping up and down. I wanted to know why I want to see the hotels GM.

Summary: Decent hotel, but would never stay there again
