Positive: Excellent location, right in the heart of Bansko just a step from the Gondola. Spacious apartment with veranda and ski room.Strong WiFi, very good communication with the owner.Very well equipped kitchen, although we would appreciate more a filter coffee machine or a capsule espresso machine than the one existed.Very good bar at the premises. Also, the apartment was very warm and the beds very comfortable.

Negative: Very poor cleaning(when the host is away, this is unfortunately an issue, good cleaning isn't just changing bedding and toilet). Carpets in winter destinations may be necessary but they smell. Shower curtain should be replaced before anybody's arrival and the toilet bin as well.
