Positive: We liked the opportunity to have a pet. We liked the distance to beach.

Negative: We didn't like the overall lack of cleanliness and that the plug was missing to have a spa bath and communication was poor in trying to rectify this issue. The linen was clean however the bed mattress protector and pillows had stains including a blood stain in master bedroom. A mattress protector was non existing in child's bed. The outdoor back deck had a sleek moss on it and was a slip hazard. Needs a good gurney and tree litter cleaned off.

Summary: A good stay however a deep clean and new linen would be good for a more pleasant stay.
