A large and sunny open plan kitchen, dining and family areas afford excellent water views . Fabulous outdoor decking with table and chairs near the solar heated pool for easy relaxed mealtimes. The kitchen is well equipped with European appliances and stone bench tops. There is a separate living room with a large flat screen Panasonic TV. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. WiFi in included.

Strictly non smoking property inside house. All cigarette butts must be removed from outdoor areas and no smoke smell detectable within the house.
