Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location near a long sandy beach (though windy after noon). The view from the window (it's not a terrace/balcony). The administrator is kind and approachable. The building is quiet and secure. In the afternoon, it is quite windy, which helps with the lack of proper air conditioning.
Negative: This is an old studio, where a sort of wall was put up to make it seem like a one-bed unit. The balcony was also removed to make it a bit bigger. The flat lacks proper air conditioning for summer days, but if you leave the door and window open, a nice breeze forms. The bedroom is dark and hot. Personally, the most uncomfortable for me was that the WC room had no toilet sink. This is not clear from the pictures. There are 2 separate toilet rooms, one with a shower/sink and one with the WC only. I find it very anti hygienic to have to use the loo and not be able to wash my hands straight away.
