Negative: No kettle in the room, you need to go downstairs to communal area to have a cup of tea, the room smelt faintly of cigarretes, the cushions were very uncomfortable, I gave up at 4am and made a cushion out of the 2nd duvet, I somehow missed the part where check out was 10am which is earlier than standard 11am and therefore breakfast ends at 9am.
