Summary: Hotel is on a good location in Long beach and has a well stocked shop. Staff was friendly. The room itself was OK with good space, but towels and toilet smell bad and few fixtures were railly worn out. Arriving you have to arrange you tranfer from the pier and the complimentary taxi boat at checkout only has limited hours so we had to arrange and pay for ours seomwhere else. You could walk but its about 30 min but there is a 5min steep hike section I woudnt recommend for mobility impaired people or with luggage.
