Positive: Great location, a few minutes from the beach. A good size for a big group with 5 bedrooms and a huge kitchen, dining, lounge area. Great water pressure in the showers. Nice yard with good deck area (though lacking some privacy).
Negative: The house is looking a bit worn - such as the floorboards in the dining area, peeling paint and broken blinds on some windows. Walls are thin, noise carried throughout the house.
Summary: Great size house, but needs a little work and a few updates.
