Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Elena was a very friendly host that answered all of our questions in a timely fashion, it was very easy to communicate with her. At New Year's Eve she offered us a thoughtful gift, a bottle of Sicilian bubbly to meet the New Year, which was very appropriate.

Negative: The only issue we had was with the trash, that the City Service did not pick up on regular basis and it was not segregated and recycled, as we are used to doing.

Summary: My family had a great vacation in Palermo and Sicily!
