Positive: We stayed at Orient Express Venezia for 3 nights in April with a friend, and the experience was truly exceptional. Although the hotel has only recently opened, the organization and service were flawless, you would not guess it’s a new property. The interiors are absolutely stunning, beautifully restored with great respect for the history and architecture of the place. It’s a genuinely breathtaking property. We stayed in a suite, which was very comfortable and thoughtfully designed, including a spacious dressing area. What really made the stay stand out was the team, highly professional, yet warm and genuinely kind. Special thanks to Daria at reception for her friendliness, the concierge for being incredibly helpful in organizing our stay, and Sara for her excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel.
