Summary: Staff and service. It is not what it was a few years back. They had a general heater and said it was winter (it was not) with no control in the rooms. They told us to open the windows!!! If we were hot. We and some other people had to do that regardless of the noise. We were suffocating! We ask for ice and they referred us to the nearest supermarket.
